This is probably the most authentic Northeast China’s BBQ cuisine in London. The restaurant is not big but clean and comfortable. The lamb skewer is a must. The dumplings is handmade you can tell and it tastes brilliant. We definitely will revisit again there are many more interesting items we want to try. AAA.

Lamb skewers are thick and tender. Good value small restaurant filled with Chinese locals so you know it’s good. Some of the menu items are hit or miss like the cold chicken feet but maybe more for the adventurous eater.

If you really want to try Chinese food how it would be in China then definitely try this place out. It has a good hygiene rating of 5 and the menus are all in Chinese with English on the back. I would love to see a regular rice bowl added to the menu—it would be a perfect addition! I'm always very happy to enjoy such delicious food close to home. Fire Up is now on my list! The staff is very friendly and kind, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent level of service and taste.

Decided to try this place out with my family and celebrate my mum's birthday today! The food quality and taste was really good, I will definitely be coming back:) Service was also really good, the workers were friendly, especially the lovely lady who put the birthday song on for my mum😭🙏🏼 The price is very reasonable and I recommend to try this place out with your friends and family!

Fire up the bbq is a new Chinese bbq restaurant in Kingston. This establishment isn’t something you’d find commonly in most areas in Surrey. Kingston is by far the luckiest to have this gem of a restaurant that serves up nothing but the most flavourful Chinese bbq dishes. I had a plethora of selections from their extensive menu and every item from the smokey Chinese chives to the pleasantly potent garlic oysters blew my mind. Each and every selection was beyond phenomenal. I couldn’t believe just how flavourful Chinese bbq was and to top that the service was tremendous.
The waitress took great care and was attentive to make sure the table was clear before the next round of dishes came along. I was blown away by the quality and I cannot wait for more people to discover it. From the outside looking in you’d assume it’s just your typical Chinese restaurant with overstylised pictures of food on their windows. However, they are not selling you a dream but guaranteeing you an overdose of flavours that will live long in your memory.
I highly recommend people to check this place out and open their minds to the cuisine and food that is made because you won’t be disappointed. Fire up the bbq deserves all the plaudits and praise that I have given to them and that is coming to them from more people all over Surrey and beyond.- Price per person

This is not a place where names of famous dishes of longing are listed to tickle your homesick fancy and fail you in taste. This is a place where every dish is properly done well, no corners cut, no details spared, no disappointments allowed, no longings unquenched. Newly opened BBQ, unlike many other BBQ which end up being too salty or spicy, this place gets the taste right! Service is very friendly , with even more friendly prices! We ordered quite some different items to try out, I highly recommend the scallops, aubergine, chicken wings and bones , huo tui chang etc.

Fire up is a great spot! Warm, welcoming staff who clearly are passionate about their food. And oh is the food tasty!! It was a joy watching all the tables excited and loving the food too, a nice atmosphere. The flavours are delicious, you wont regret it. I didn't take the best photo as it was hard not to tuck straight in! I'll be recommending to my family and friends.

Without a doubt THE best Chinese bbq place I have eaten at in London. Please go, you will not be disappointed, 羊肉串 is unbelievable good. Service is super friendly too. 10/10, cannot recommend highly enough

Restaurant was amazing!! Food and service was just something different and comforting. I recommend for anyone in Kingston to try this place as you can get everything on a reasonable price. Additionally, all staff members are super friendly and I would go back again!
